About the event
Join me for a cozy and educational herbal workshop where we explore the art of herbal electuaries as you sip a botanical mocktail handcrafted by Sarah from You've Been Served.
Electuaries are a traditional herbal preparation made by combining powdered herbs with honey to create a delicious, nourishing herbal paste that can be enjoyed daily as both food and medicine.
During this workshop you will learn how herbs can be incorporated into everyday life in simple and enjoyable ways.
In this workshop you will:

• Craft your own herbal electuary to take home
