🍂 An Autumn Herbal Workshop 🌿
Step into a cozy, hands-on evening of herbs, traditional preparations, and autumn wellness.
In this intimate workshop, we’ll explore some of my favourite herbs, berries, roots, and spices for the cooler months while learning three different ways of working with botanicals.
Together, we will prepare a batch bof Elderberry Syrup, create a custom herbal tea blend, and build a personalized herbal infused body oil using botanicals chosen by you.
Whether you're brand new to herbs or looking to deepen your knowledge, this workshop offers a relaxed, welcoming space to slow down, work with plants, and learn practical herbal preparations you can continue making at home.
